PERIOD:

Shower Bases: 7 year Repair or Replacement Warranty Period.

Shower Screens (glass excluded): 1 year Repair or Replacement Warranty Period.

Acrylic Shower Wall Liners: 1 year Repair or Replacement Warranty Period.

Sanitary Grade Acrylic Freestanding Baths: 1 year Repair or Replacement Warranty Period.

WARRANTY COVERS:

Warranty against defects covers manufacturing fault or defect.

DOES NOT COVER:

Does not cover glass which cannot be warranted. Does not cover misuse, abuse, wear & tear or incomplete return of product. In order to claim under Manufacturer’s Warranty, please contact Showerline for information on correct return procedures. The consumer is responsible for expenses associated with a warranty claim, not Showerline. The warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available to the consumer under the law. If goods are found to be defective or faulty, Showerline retains the right to repair or replace product at our discretion. All Showerline plumbing products are to be installed by a qualified plumber. Failure to do so will void warranty. A Certificate of Compliance from your plumber will be required for any warranty claim. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
