Showerline - Stress Test

Shower Base - Stress Test by Showerline

:: Showerline Industries :: shower bases | shower screens | shower systems | shower units

A division of Gracro Industries Pty Ltd.

How does the stress test work?

The stress test is performed on a specialised machine that exerts downward pressure on to the unsupported shower base.  There is a Psi gauge then shows the amount of Psi (pressure per square inch) that is placed on a 1 ft x 1 ft plate.

Calibrated by Deakin University in Geelong, we can simply convert the Psi reading to a meaningful kilogram measurement to help visualise how strong Showerline bases actual are.

Every batch of Showerline bases are subjected to a stress test. This is to ensure consistency with strength every time a batch is made.  By testing one of the bases to see what amount of pressure per square inch (Psi) the base can take, you can have complete confidence that the Showerline base being installed will more than stand up to everyday use.

Showerline bases come with a 7 year conditional warranty.
